My Joy Learning Center and Childcare is a community-oriented, family-focused program conveniently located in the heart of Norfolk, Virginia. We are proud to be family owned and operated!
We have created a stimulating learning environment that develops each child socially, emotionally, physically and cognitively. We are especially devoted to teaching literacy skills, instilling in your child a lifelong love of reading. In addition, we've incorporated a strong interactive STREAM curriculum (also known as STEM or STEAM).

My Joy I:
Norfolk Child Care
Located in Downtown Norfolk, My Joy serves children ages 6 weeks to 12 years. As part of Norfolk's Park Place community, we are close to Ghent, Granby Street, Monticello Avenue, the YMCA and Norfolk Zoo.
My Joy II:
Chesapeake Child Care
Located near Compostella in Chesapeake, My Joy serves children ages 12 months to 12 years. We continue working hard to form strong partnerships with our neighbors and support families in myriad ways—including exciting family activities.
My Joy II:
Chesapeake Infant Center
Located near Poindexter in Chesapeake, My Joy Infant Child Care Center serves children ages 6 weeks to 6 years. At this newest location, we're focused on early childhood and the unique needs of these first five years of life, ensuring each child gets maximum development toward school readiness.
